Prior to joining TAG, Michael founded Mark Strategies, a finance consulting firm focused on political, PAC, and non-profit fundraising. She served as the National Finance Director for Members of Congress such as Senator John Cornyn, Senator Mitt Romney, Congressman Will Hurd, and Congressman Patrick McHenry. Additionally, Michael served as a National Finance Consultant for American Action Network and Congressional Leadership Fund.
Michael started her career as Deputy PAC Director at the National Republican Senatorial Committee and then moved on to run the Northeast Region in fundraising at the Republican National Committee. She later served as the Senior Regional Finance Director for House Speaker Paul Ryan, where she planned and executed successful fundraising events across the country.
Originally from Conroe, Texas, Michael earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi. She lives in Austin, Texas with her husband Jon Adams and their four children, Anderson, Wells, Mac, and Harrison.
